To order a pack you must have the validation code provided to you on the letter sent to you with the initial 'Support Your Surgery' pack.

If you are a surgery based outside of England and you would like to show your support, please contact Jacqueline Green at the BMA, who will be able, subject to availability, to send you some of the campaign material for use in your surgery.
